Areas for improvement:
You should avoid the rooms facing the road outside, there is traffic 24/7 and it is absolutely impossible to sleep if you stay in one of these rooms.

I’m a light sleeper, overnight it was a quiet setting. If you plan to go to bed early, use your ear phone. neighbors’ voice/shower/talk can be disturbing.
